We are a female-owned CMT based in Cape Town with a wealth of experience in the clothing industry. Our staff has over 40 years’ experience in clothing production and we have produced garments for a host of well known brands in South Africa. Our garments are all 100% locally made and we strive to use locally made fabrics where possible.

Services
We are a Cape Town based end-to-end CMT with pattern-making capabilities (off-site) as well as cutting and full garment construction. We can also press and pack your order, ready to go straight to your consumer.
Although we specialise in knit garments (T-shirts, Golfers, Sweatshirts) we also produce woven garments and are happy to discuss your unique production requirements.

Owner & DirectorRoxanne
Roxanne is an all-rounder with experience in both teaching and sales. She has extensive experience as a real estate agent but decided to push herself out of her comfort zone and pursue a new career path as one of the directors of the Cotton Crew. Still focused on sales and customer relations – she now ensures that all of our clients briefs are met and that our business is able to grow whilst providing our existing clients with excellent service at all times.
Marcelle
Owner & DirectorMarcelle
Marcelle graduated from CPUT with a Diploma in Clothing Management and then pursued a career in Buying at one of SA’s retail giants. In 2021, she decided to leave corporate retail and has never looked back.
With over 9 years of experience in the clothing industry, Marcelle is passionate about selecting the most appropriate styles & fabrics to suit our clients needs.
